A hybrid job, I am a senior writer at a multimedia agency that writes for Miami Lakes Automall. I am responsible for producing and publishing 8-10 articles a week. This includes research, retrieving and editing images for the web, and updating a cloud-based work space shared by the team. During this time, I also occasionally produced multimedia projects, primarily car reviews.

Career Progression
I started as a content writer for Miami Lakes Automall and was promoted to a Senior Writer within one year of my employment. Two years into my employment, the company was going through administrative changes and we lost our content manager. During this time, I took place of the Creative Lead.
My responsibilities changed from just writing. I divided my time between writing my own articles; assigning articles to the writing team; coaching and training my writers to improve their skill; and editing their work. I also delegated responsibilities to the social content lead and multimedia lead with a schedule of assignments and goals to be met every month.
